Michael Anderson | Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Anderson joined the Company’s advisor in 2013 and served as General Counsel from 2020 to 2023. In his capacity as the General Counsel, Mr. Anderson has advised on both public and private debt and equity transactions, mergers and corporate acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions and operational integration of acquired companies. He earned a J.D. with Summa Cum Laude honors from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BA from University of Arizona

Michael LeSanto | Chief Financial Officer

Mr. LeSanto, 38, joined the Company in 2020 as senior portfolio controller and was part of the Company as it transitioned from New York City REIT to American Strategic Investment Company. From 2021 through 2024 he served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer. He has served in a number of senior financial roles prior to joining the Company. From 2018 through 2020 he was Director and Corporate Controller of The Predictive Index. Prior to that role he served as the Controller of Viral Gains from 2016 through 2018. From 2013 through 2016 he served as VP of Finance, North America for David Wood and Associates in San Francisco. Mr. LeSanto has a background in public accounting, working for regional firms and most recently at RSM US. He has worked in both publicly traded and private companies and has been a strategic partner in early stage start-ups as well as private equity backed organizations. He has been part of numerous capital raises from Series A through growth stage. Mr. LeSanto earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Bentley University and his Masters in Accounting from McCallum Graduate School at Bentley University.

Michael Weil | Director and Executive Chairman

Founding partner of AR Global
Formerly, Mr. Weil served as Executive Vice President of AR Capital, where he supervised the origination of investment opportunities for all AR Capital-sponsored investment programs
Prior to the establishment of AR Capital, Mr. Weil served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Leasing for American Financial Realty Trust (AFRT), where he was responsible for the disposition and leasing activity for an approximately 30 million square foot portfolio
Served as president of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (n/k/a ADISA)

Elizabeth Tuppeny | Lead Independent Director

Chief Executive Officer and founder of Domus, Inc., since 1993
30 years of experience in the branding and advertising industries, with a focus on Fortune 50 companies
Ms. Tuppeny also founded EKT Development, LLC to pursue entertainment projects in publishing, feature film and education video games

Nicholas Radesca | Independent Director

Mr. Radesca, 58, has decades of public company experience as chief financial officer of numerous companies, including serving as interim chief financial officer of the Company and as chief financial officer of AR Global and related companies, all of which ended in 2017.
He brings to the Company a deep background in real estate, credit, M&A and operating businesses.

Louis DiPalma | Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman

Mr. DiPalma, age 61, is a member of the Rhode Island State Senate, to which he was first elected in 2008. During his tenure in the Rhode Island State Senate, Mr. DiPalma has served as the chair of the Senate Committee on Rules, Government Ethics and Oversight, first vice chair of the Senate Committee on Finance and as a member of the Senate Committee on Education.
Mr. DiPalma is the Undersea Systems Chief Engineer at Raytheon Technologies Corporation where he has been employed since 1983 and has led teams of over one thousand engineers on engineering efforts associated with technical project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, fiscal analysis and reporting.
Mr. DiPalma earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 1983 and a Masters in Computer Science from Brown University in 1989.
